Healthy Recipes

In my clinical practice and my day to day life I am often asked what food I cook for my family. I have always been vegetarian and so my cooking is generally all plant based, and increasingly we have reduced how much processed food and sugar we eat.

I’m also a working mum to two young children, and I know how it important it is to be able to prepare meals quickly, that also meet their nutritional requirements.  

The recipes I share on here are regular meals that we eat in our household. These recipes are cheap, straightforward, family friendly, delicious and form a healthy balanced diet.
